Florida Tobacco Control ClearinghouseWho we are Florida Tobacco Control Clearinghouse (FTCC) is a centralized resource center that provides the latest, most comprehensive, and most accurate resource materials on tobacco use and its effects. FTCC is funded by the Florida Department of Health, Division of Health Access and Tobacco (DHAT), Tobacco Prevention Program. Who we serve FTCC services are free to anyone in Florida associated with tobacco control efforts. If you are a member of one of the following groups or any group involved in prevention and cessation of tobacco use, you may use our many services and resources.
